What started as building i-LEAD’s AI Safety Advisor grew into a dedicated capability: technology that extends social impact beyond the training floor, into every phone and every community we can reach.

Leadership
Hemant Harie is a technology executive with over 15 years in enterprise IT — specialising in cloud platforms, cyber resilience, and systems architecture. He holds industry certifications across security, cloud engineering, and disaster recovery.
He volunteers as the Information Officer of i-LEAD Self Defense NPO. HART Solutions is what happens when serious technical depth meets genuine commitment to a mission.
